Sale Conditions
1. Upon payment for item, Ugly Baby will email the customer to negotiate the best possible transit solution according to the customer's location, needs and
budget.
2. Freight/courier costs will be added to the cost of the item.
3. Sending on some items may be delayed for up to two weeks due to framing/aquisition of the item.
4. Refunds will only be given if the item is broken upon reciept or if the item does not match the description on the Ugly Baby shop or at Ugly Baby's discretion.
Every effort will be taken to ensure items are safely packed, handled and delivered. Postal/freight insurance may be added at the customer's discretion.
